  - Introduction of e-Signature service in January 2015. Project managed the delivery of client electronic signature facility for loan credit agreements with significant results. As of March 2015, this service had processed over 45,000 signed credit agreements. Reported in the Close Brothers Group monthly update commenting - “This initiative has proven to be a great success story”.- Delivery of insurance brokerage service providing the ability to scan client agreements into a broker portal for faster loan approval. Highly successfully roll out to over 4,000 broker agencies across the UK in late 2014 and accounted for 70% of all agreements received from them. Referred to by the CEO in ‘Insurance Age’ magazine (Jan 2015) - "Brokers and clients are looking for simple, straightforward solutions to everyday business issues and this innovation will significantly help cut down administration for our broker partners" Contributed to company being shortlisted for British Insurance Awards 2015 - Customer Care.- Client Self-Service portal successfully implemented in late 2013. Providing a comprehensive suite of loan management features, this service has helped to reduce our Customer Service centre inbound calls rate by over 500 per day. - Letter Generation Replacement. Successful migration of the company’s correspondence composition engine from the then legacy software system to a solution from Pitney Bowes (Engage One) completed in late 2010. - Fee Re-structuring Initiative.   - Responsible for the completion and approval of the Business Cases for the Data Portfolio through the Bank’s 2019/20 Project/Programme Prioritisation. This included, where necessary the re-scoping of initiatives presented with cost challenges balanced against maintaining the desired business overcomes. - Provided oversight and guidance through the Pre-initiation stage and commencement of Portfolio with continuous assessment against business objectives and goals aligned to the roadmap. - Strived to find opportunities to inject flexibility and pragmatic thinking to get initiatives delivered, whilst ensuring the Portfolio remained in budget and governed in accordance with Aldermore policies. - Liaised with external partners to ensure a mutual understanding of Aldermore needs and potential opportunities at a strategic level. - Resource capacity/skills planning and prioritisation in conjunction with other Portfolio’s.- Supporting development of team members with mentoring, 1-2-1s, PDP/objectives setting and monthly performance reviews. Re-planned and structured project in order to inject an appropriate level control and quality into the delivery. Recognised by the then Business Finance MD with the Service Champion Award for October 2018 on which he stated – “This project also demonstrates that ‘Team Work’ is an essential ingredient of any successful business, and Ray’s contribution, tenacity & patience has ensured a successful outcome has been achieved.- Successful delivery of a long overdue initiative to automate the contract load process in the Asset Finance business line. This increased business efficiency and enabled more time to be spent on quality assurance rather than simple contract loading. By its delivery as and when business opportunities arise they can now be considered without concern of damaging the wider asset finance service proposition. Commented on in the CIO Yearly roundup 2018/19 and by the then Business Finance MD - “we’ve finally proven the impossible isn’t so”. - Delivery of new business critical Bank of England and Credit Rating Agency secured funding reporting. This transformation project encompassed migration from legacy SAS system reporting into a new Data Warehouse using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
