      Led purchase to pay process for client operating in 13 European countries. Improved team performance to meet SLAs agreed with the client and eliminated doublepayments. Paid on time rate increased from 28% in January to 75% in December, 3 FTEs efficiency delivered. Started-up and led AR team for Pan-European client including knowledge transfer from Amsterdam, Netherlands to Prague, Czech republic. In cooperation with client implemented new module "iCollections" within Oracle ERP system enabling more effective Collections process.
