  Student Internship

  Completed 720 hours of Internship in Counselling Psychology. I completed both Psychological Internships 1 and 2 under the guidance of Counsel India. Additionally, I successfully completed an internship in Industrial Psychology.Psychological Internship V1: During this internship, we received comprehensive training on conducting research and observing clients. Additionally, we were educated on different therapy methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Thematic Apperception Test (TAT), and Visual/Spatial Motor Skills (VSMS). Practical classes were also conducted to provide hands-on demonstrations of these diverse therapeutic approaches.Psychological Internship V2: During the second version of this internship, the focus was on exploring different types of disorders experienced by individuals, including Schizophrenia, Somatoform disorder, Autism spectrum disorder, Mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. The program not only covered the causes and symptoms of these disorders but also provided valuable insights into prevention strategies and effective methods for caring for individuals affected by these conditions.Industrial Psychology Internship: During the interview process, we received valuable insights into the historical development of Industrial Psychology, which explores how individuals behave within organizations and function in group settings. The study of behavior in the workplace was emphasized, focusing on key areas such as job analysis and evaluation, recruitment and selection processes, organizational communication and culture, stress management techniques, employee engagement strategies, and workplace counseling.
