  Responsible for administering Air Force Special Operation's sole AC-130W/MQ-9/CV-22 Weapons Load crew training program.Oversaw training, evaluated, certified & performed Air Force Instruction deemed Semi-Annual Load evaluations on 243 Active Duty and Civilian Contractor Personnel.Supervised/ managed 10 NCOs and Airmen. and conducts evaluator proficiency evaluations/instructs Weapons Academics explosive safety course.Teamed with DoD/NGOs/authored loading tech data for test munitions utilized on Cannon AFB assigned aircraft as directed by the Air Force Special Operations Command.Coordinated with 3 Maintenance Group organizations/built/implemented weapons load training schedules and ensures minimum proficiency required loading completion. I performed evaluations for the Air Force's GOCO (Government Owned Contractor Operated) program for major DOD contracts such as Sierra Nevada Corp, and Lockheed Martin. We ensured contract compliance through quality maintenance evaluations performed at home station and at various deployed sites on MQ-9, CV-22, AC-130W, C-146, and PC-12 aircraft.
