Apprentice Researcher - Right to Water

As part of a collaboration between Coalition Eau and the Sciences Po Law School Clinic, I am part of an apprentice research team into the right to water in France. With a particular focus on the intersectional vulnerabilities of migrant, homeless women in Paris, we seek to understand the state of access to water as well as the impact of the violation of this right, such as health issues and structural poverty.Through (field) research, we aim to map the access to water in Paris by this vulnerable group and understand particular difficulties in access, quality, safety and appropriateness. During this year-long project, we will produce a policy report and advocate for governments to respect, protect and fulfill the right to water for vulnerable groups in France. Show less
