      - Led the collection of 248 electronic signals of interest for the national database, earning recognition from the Office of Naval Intelligence and electronic warfare community 8 times for excellence in intelligence reporting.- Planned USS Stout's daily schedule, to include the coordination and completion of the ship's overall capability assessment, underway sea trials and more than 15 afloat training group evaluations.- Coordinated 12 training schedules in order to ensure smooth execution and certification of the ship in 4 critical areas. - Organized and trained 60 midshipmen in more than 20 basic shipboard evolutions, including basic seamanship, navigation and damage control (firefighting and flooding control).- While on deployment to the Middle East, spear-headed the committee that planned more than 20 tours while in overseas ports for a 245-member crew.       Led USS Gettysburg's largest department of more than 100 Sailors through operational tasking and multiple transits between the North Arabian Sea and the Mediterranean Sea. - Led the ship's execution of national-level tasking off the coast of Iran during a 9-month deployment and provided executive-level briefings to the Commanding Officer on all ship's movements and operational/equipment readiness.- Managed more than $250,000 in travel funding to ensure the movement of a 330-member crew to meet and retain training and certification requirements with zero mishaps. Coordinated hundreds of critical schools for Gettysburg's crew members during a rigorous operational tempo to ensure individual development and team readiness.- Led and executed the vital planning of all ship wide events and inspections. Directly led the training and qualification of all vital watch positions on the ship, ensuring the ship was properly manned and operational: 11 officers of the deck, 13 junior officers of the deck, 12 conning officers, 5 anti-air warfare coordinators and 6 combat information center watch officers. Led 4 Sailors in the budgeting, planning and execution of dozens of functions with numerous heads of state and congressional members in attendance. - Consistently facilitated one of a kind interactions that were efficiently executed while driving the planning and execution of 6 symposiums involving every Admiral in the U.S. Navy (120+), 2 symposiums for every retired 4-Star Admiral (40+), 5 counterpart visits and foreign dignitaries and multiple engagements with Members of Congress. - Ensured 100% compliance while managing an official gift program of more than $80k per year and coordinated the exchange of gifts at the highest levels of government, including Ambassadors, foreign leaders and Medal of Honor recipients.
