  - Technical design of Main L.V Switchgear for Waste water treatment Stations :1-Studying technical offer sent by Sales Department and check if all components are properly selected, covering all technical requirements in client’s specifications and matching to single line diagram of Main L.V Distribution board.2-Start design of L.V Switch Board According to ABB Standards selecting cubicles dimensions and Modules sizes according to all components used (Circuit breakers, soft starters, Star/delta starters, Dol starters, capacitor banks and normal power feeders) and selection of bus bars C.S.A according to current rating and short circuit level required by client.3-Prepare Shop Drawing (SLD, Front view and Bus bar Arrangement) of switch board using AutoCAD software. 4-Sending drawings to sales department to forward it to client for approval.5-Start manufacturing process (Loading BOM, Mechanical design, Control wiring for required operation) for Switch Board after receiving client’s approval covering all comments.
