      I was recruited in MTBC Pvt Ltd on November 01,2009. My job responsibilities were as follow. 1. To correctly transcribe voice dictations into word processing format at my best.2. To follow the correct grammar of English language as much as possible. 3. To follow the punctuation as much as possible. 4. To transcribe the exact medical terminologies, drug names, and the thesaurus as same as physicians dictate. Follow the dictionaries and other helping material in this regard. 5.       I start working with the Capital Development Authority on August 18th, 2014. I joined CDA Training Academy as a co-ordinate officer on pro-bono basis. My Job responsibilities includes the following:- 1. To schedule the calendar for training courses and to outline the professional training courses which could boost the performance of CDA Officers/Officials in competing with day-to-day tasks and while performing their duties. 2. To provide latest information regarding to the literature and content of the training courses to the participants of the training courses as well as to maintain the record for every training courses. 3. To arrange and organized the professional Training Courses at Pak-China Friendship Center or anywhere else as recommended by the higher authorities. 4. To follow the instructions of the Executive Director General on Training Program and to provide Up-date information to the authorities about the training programs/seminars/conferences/courses/lectures. 5. To have direct contact with the media officials for covering the events on opening and closing ceremonies of the courses, conferences, lectures and diploma programs. 6. To have a proper seating arrangements for the CDA officers and the students from various universities as well as participants from various other public and private sector of Islamabad. 7. To maintain office records on daily basis.8. To architect the MOU between CDA and various other organizations for conducting joint training courses as well as collaboration with each other. 9. To publish a newsletter after every four months.10. To have a direct contact with the trainers, course coordinator before and after the training program and to collect valuable data regarding to presentations, notes, literatures related to the training program. 11.       My responsibilities includes arranging Seminars, courses, lectures, conferences and diploma courses to the officer of Capital Development Authority from BS-15 to BS-18. These courses are arranged in order to compete with the current challenges that are faced by the public sector employees in their daily work life. Other than arranging the above mentioned things I have to managed the staff, office work both in administrative and designing new courses and formation of MOU, contract with the other universities, organizations and other private sectors. We have signed Memorandum of Understanding with Bahria University, Islamabad as well as SASSI University. The most difficult task was organizing the Ist International Conference on Emerging Trends in Engineering, Management and Sciences. A joint project with City University Peshawar in Collaboration with the two well know universities of USA. Show less
