I am currently working on producing customer-centric operational metrics focussing on their experience during the purchase and resolution processes. I use SAS, Business Objects and Microsoft Office products extensively to get this done. Improved the monthly management reporting pack preparation from two weeks to three hours, bundled together under-performing debt and led the sale process to debt collection companies, monitored and reported the changes to the credit and risk models and developed reporting to prioritise collection agents activities to target the largest debtors. Provided call volume and average call length forecasts to identify the number of customer service representatives required at each 15 minute interval. This was overlayed with marketing, business process improvement, and seasonal impacts.

      Jul 2015 - Jun 2021

Am pushing the boundaries of reporting, self-service and the benefits of an Enterprise Data Warehouse within the Council. My role is to showcase what is possible with dashboards, well thought-out design and architecture to deliver meaningful analysis tools from the Executive level right through to operational reporting. All the while embedding the dependency and value of the Enterprise Data Warehouse, supporting the other developers within my team.Am currently exploring the value to the business from the following tools: Power BI, Tableau, SAP Lumira, SQL Server Management Studio, SAS Visual Analytics, Machine Learning, and R. Show less In this role I've been able to redevelop the forecast for the number of building consents submitted into the Christchurch City Council. This has been completed within an incredibly volatile post-earthquake construction environment. The purpose of developing this forecast is to ensure the council has enough staff to facilitate building work within the statutory time-frames. This has been achieved through creating a comprehensive resourcing model which breaks down the consent volumes into skills required, taking into account churn, training, utilisation, development programmes, recruitment planning, and incorporating any production improvements.
