  Lusail plaza Towers - Proposed to be the most iconic commercial high-rise towers in Qatar located approximately 15 kilometers north of Doha along the east coast of Qatar facing the Arabian Gulf. The towers will be the tallest in the state forming the gateway to the city of Lusail. Two towers at 70 stories and two at 50 stories totaling a GFA of 60,000 sq.m (excluding landscape area) and 13,150 car park spaces. The project site is a part of the larger Lusail City development which involves transforming and developing the area north of Doha into a residential and commercial district accessible to Doha via light rail and highways.The Lusail Towers development is situated within the Lusail Plaza Project which is currently under construction and forms a ‘cruciform’ footprint through the site. The Plaza Project is known as the “CP-07B LRT Project” and is being developed into a light rail metro station, car park, amphitheater, and highway throughway.
