I then repair via remote desktop, Dameware, or desk side. I am the main technician responsible for new network printers being installed and old printers being removed. I am also the technician that printer calls are escalated to when they cannot be fixed by other technicians. I am also responsible for administrating NetPresenter and Digital Signage which is used for company advertising and employee information in group areas and on every company PC. Other duties required of me are changing data center backup tapes, hardware, and software receiving. I have also written many instructional documents for technicians and end users.
