My role as the Forensic Engineer is to investigate and analyse the failure of materials, products, structures, vehicles, components, systems, and processes. Products and processes which fail can lead to catastrophic casualties: damage to property, personal injury, and death. We determine the root causes of a particular failure and in most cases, define techniques which could have prevented or mitigated the failure. Ultimately, the Forensic Engineer is required to submit an expert report detailing our findings and opinions; in many cases, we are called to testify under oath in a court of law.Over the past 15 years, I have developed expertise in providing reliable, unbiased opinions in cases involving personal injury and property damage. I love what I do. I have dedicated my life to improving safety on the roadway, in the workplace and in the public sector – an achievement which has only been possible as a result of trusted and lasting partnerships. I promise to provide you with timely and quality advice and opinions, which will aid you in achieving the most beneficial outcome for your clients and stakeholders. Working together, we can make the world around us a safer place. Show less
