  TEKLAS is one of the leading suppliers of the automotive industry namely VW, GM, Ford, Toyota, Fiat, Porsche etc. In this organization (approx. 1.200 employees) had the responsibility on all HR subjects especially on recruitment, education, performance evaluation and employee satisfaction. Main responsibilites about recruitment were: searching & selecting the candidates for the vacant positions, organizing the job interviews, deciding finishing all the legal issues for the chosen candidate. The only responsible for blue collar recruitment and co-operate with my manager for white collar candidates. Between 2005-2010, attended more than 2.000 interviews including positions from a simple operator to managerial positions. Responsibilities about training were: organizing orientation programs for new employees, making the annual training plan and revising if necessary. Besides recruitment and education, had also been taking part in other HR functions such as performance evaluation, payroll control, employee satisfaction systems etc. All administrative issues are also under my supervision which means 25 people namely security, cleaning, canteen services. HR COE was one of the three divisions within Nestlé HR, together with HR Business Partners and Employee Services. During approx. 2,5 years, actively involved in improving Nestlé Leadership Program, developing Internship Program, creating training e-budget tool & e-library tool. The only responsible of 7 international trainings hosted in Istanbul which welcomed 30 participants each.
