During my time as Business Manager for the Puget Sound Division I was directly responsible for our companies Customer Service, Research Development/Title and Recording Departments, with upwards of 40 reporting associates. Lead Developer in transitioning Title and Customer Service Departments to a centralized operation allowing for cross county and cross state resource sharing.
