Also, designed various components used in race cars such as underbody brackets, exhaust flange, damper spacers and bumper brackets. Performed Inventory Management for different parts of a roll cage for a Vento cup car. Practical overview of build-up of Volkswagen motorsport cars such as polo R cup cars and Vento cup cars.

  Worked under continuous improvement and R&D in performing Simulation for electric vacuum pump. The project aimed at developing simulation technique for simulating press-fits and predicting behaviour of contacts to suggest improvements in current design. Worked with Ansys and 3D Experience in performing contact simulations.

  Master Thesis - Roof crush analysis.This thesis is being performed for Knowledge based engineering department under Painted body and closures at Volvo cars, Sweden. The purpose of this thesis is to improve correlation between simulation and test results for a static roof crush load case. Another goal of this thesis is to evaluate and optimize static roof crush performance. Finite element modelling is being performed in ANSA where LS-Dyna being the solver for the analysis and META as post processor. Show less
