  - Member of the core team that led the revamp of print, website and apps in 2014. Drove change management by working with various stakeholders both within BT (editors, journalists, artists, video team) and SPH (tech, product, sales/marketing, consumer) and with external organisations. - Introduced data analytics to the newsroom and drove data-driven decisions on news engagement. - Led extensive UAT efforts on new digital products/features. Managed cutover to new CMS, whileworking with scrum master and agile teams to roll out new features for website and apps. - On the editorial and advertorial front, took charge of all the social media platforms -- achieved substantial growth in Instagram and Telegram followers' base. Edited video content to ensure language and content standards are upheld. Managed branded/sponsored projects (microsites, supplements, sponsored series), and curated content for SME-centric newsletter.- Created an online news portal for SMEs that included both English and Mandarin content.
