At the time this was BDO Insurance's biggest client by fee and a first-year audit. - Extensive experience working alongside and liaising with Actuarial, Tax and Technology Risk Assurance experts to complete audit deliverables.- Extensive exposure working on and leading Solvency II and Group audits.- Extensive Financial Service, in particular Insurance audit experience with a focus on Syndicates and P&I Clubs.- Promoted to BDO's highest Assistant Manager position (Grade 33) in September 2023 following my performance as an Assistant Manager (Grade 40) in 2023.- Achieved my cohort's top performance rating in each promotion cycle at BDO.- Achieved 4 quarterly spotlight awards.- 15/15 first-time ACA exam passes, becoming a fully qualified chartered accountant at 22.- The fastest completion in BDO history of their ACA Audit School Leaver apprenticeship programme.
