      I create yoga weekends designed to help relax and reboot mind and body. These weekends include lots of fun stuff, plus meditation, yoga posture practice and breathing techniques. I teach yoga and meditation in Denia and Vergel, on the Northern Costa Blanca and I am also co-founder of Feel Great Breaks Yoga Holidays in Spain .
