Effective program management led to a bill reduction of more than $3 million since 2021.Drafted a NAVSEA telework manual to include remote work policy guidance. Drafted a new NAVSEA instruction for phased retirement, which provides a management tool for mitigating the anticipated loss of institutional knowledge.Conducted assessments of Department of Navy injury compensation programs to evaluate regulatory compliance and best practices.
