  While redesigning Enterprise Rent-A-Car’s Internship Program, I obtained valuable experience as a team player. My team and I performed over 50 hours of research in two weeks to compare Enterprise’s internship program to those of seven competitors in the car rental and retail industries. I helped create and design an 80 slide presentation detailing how to better stimulate intern conversion, and contributed my findings on how Walmart’s program aligned with and differed from Enterprise’s. I processed quotes, endorsements, and cancellations of several different policy types within the company database. Additionally, I monitored and requested documentation for various policies on behalf of the underwriting team, as well as reinstated hundreds of policies that had been cancelled due to COVID-19.
