Special 6 month assignment on Italian Collections to improve DSO and reduce Cash Cycle. Renewed ISO processes and developed the EMEA Collection Handbook with the extension of the Italian Hard Collection an all collection reporting. Collectors priority setting and portfolio quality movements are standardized and automatically monitored. Integration of the collection processes of the 10 countries, successful ISO audit in SBS, development of standard Collection and Cisco phone activity reporting, introduction and development of structured finance operation trainings and training library. Introduction of LEAN thinking in OTC process development. Building the framework of departmental control functions for Collection. I was responsible for the finance operation services of Systemax Shared Services Centre, Budapest. Finance operations include credit approval and order release, booking of payments, cash collection and management of accounts payable. My team included 120+ risk managers, collectors, analysts and accountants. We were responsible for providing financial services to Systemax legal entities in Western Europe: UK, Ireland, The Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, Spain,Portugal, Sweden.

My role included the negotiation with external system developers, integration of the knowledge pool of the Hungarian State Holding Ltd., providing status presentations to the Project Decision Forum and also support the reporting to and negotiation with the EU project controller authorities of the Hungarian State.
