  I worked as the EMEA Collection Manager of SBS and also as the Project Manager of the quality improvements of Order-To-Cash cycle in EMEA operations. Special 6 month assignment on Italian Collections to improve DSO and reduce Cash Cycle. Renewed ISO processes and developed the EMEA Collection Handbook with the extension of the Italian Hard Collection an all collection reporting. Collectors priority setting and portfolio quality movements are standardized and automatically monitored. My role included the negotiation with external system developers, integration of the knowledge pool of the Hungarian State Holding Ltd., providing status presentations to the Project Decision Forum and also support the reporting to and negotiation with the EU project controller authorities of the Hungarian State.
