I also managed the calendar for the the Interim Assistant Provost for Internationalization, and previously for the Assistant Provost of International Partnerships. I also assisted in coordinating the execution of MOUs and Agreements by ensuring that they attain the appropriate signatures and sending them to our partner institutions abroad.A significant aspect of my position also included the logistical planning of grant-funded events that come to campus, most notably two Fulbright enrichment seminars: an orientation seminar for 150 Pakistani Fulbright students, and a Global Health Innovations Seminar for 100 public health/health sciences students from over 50 countries. These events involved finding and booking the meeting spaces, accommodations, and transportation; communicating with seminar participants prior to and following the events; and on-going coordination and assistance as the seminar takes place.
