      Teacher of International Baccalaureate (IB) Higher Level Mathematics: Passionate about Mathematics learning, and have a proven track record of the successful development and implementation of the new curriculums. Developed resources for the Applications and Interpretations course some of which are now being used at other international schools. As course developer for the UWCSEA a mission aligned Grade 9/10 program, developing rich resources that give students the opportunity to dig deep into mathematical concepts and see how mathematics can be used to have a positive impact on their world. I am the coordinator for this award which is Singapore’s equivalent of the Duke of Edinburgh Award. Teacher facilitator for the Environmental Initiative ‘Trashion’: I promote student agency and have facilitated a group of students at UWCSEA to establish this group which aims to raise awareness of the impact of the fast fashion industry on society and the environment. Other student led clubs and societies I have supported in school are circus skills, mathematics enrichment for competition mathematics, cryptology club.
