To lead multiple projects simultaneously, I employed my comprehensive skills in scoping, coordinating with the external publisher, gathering assets, scheduling, reporting, and addressing problems. Proactively, I developed and documented the procedures for game releases in launch regions. To support operating system releases, I led two teams on application compatibility testing. I directed end-to-end testing efforts for three releases including overseeing needs assessments, implementation, reporting, and post-mortem efforts.

      Oct 2014 - Apr 2019

My role was to enhance the company's social responsibility audit program. When I started in 2016, the team consisted of one associate and completed 700 audits. By 2018, I grew the team to over 20 global associates conducting over 3,000 audits. One of my key improvements was reducing the audit time from 115 to 66 days. Additionally, I implemented a database improvement process to reduce weekly errors by 95 percent, while also increasing the number of metric evaluations by over 30 percent. For a testing a customer-facing sales site and mobile app, I oversaw quality assurance and testing projects with five simultaneous projects that included Test Plans and Test Cases. To complete the tests, I collaborated across three functional teams.
