  Matt was born and raised in Devonport and started working from the early age of 13 in a number of local restaurants. After having travelled the world cheffing he settled into his real estate career in 2004 on the Northern Beaches of Sydney where he met his wife Tanya and had his two children Hamish and Flynn. Despite the real estate market having just crashed he consistently exceeded his targets elevating him into the top 10% of agents nationwide together with giving him the chance to be a third owner in the company he was working for. So why leave when things are going so well? With his passion for Devonport still burning as well as needing a new challenge, the owner together with the manager of Cooper & Co, Devonport got wind of this and head hunted him recognising that he would be an intricate part of their very strong team.
