      I manage a team of quantity surveyors on a programme worth over £100million over the 5 year AMP cycle. Commercial Team member managing Contracts from pre-tender award through to project close out. Contracts are managed through the NEC3 suite (primarily Options A, C and E), with experience in negotiating contractor rates and analysing sub-contractor quotations. My duties include setting up scheme budgets, forecasting project spend, agreeing numerous Compensation Events on different Contracts and reviewing Early Warnings. I am experienced in using CEMAR as a management tool.
