      The focus of my thesis was on improving the current construction safety training standards. I studied how to incorporate psychological dimensions critical to our basic judgement, risk-taking behavior, and hazard identification skills into safety training programs. With that as the foundation, I worked on developing safety training program that was based in adult learning models to enhance learning outcomes among construction workers.

We taught students of elementary and secondary schools about Green energy and Sustainable world. We created lesson plans, conducted lesson and conducted insteresting projects for students to engage with nature and learn science.
