  I worked as contractor to Tactics, completing work on-site with a variety of their clients. I was recognised for my quick, accurate work. The work involved rewriting client material into manuals and reference materials. Tactics uses Information Mapping, which is a methodology for organising types of information so that users can quickly find and assimilate information.Industries included: Electricity, Recruitment, and Corrections.
