  Team leader for the design and implementation of the Tote 'Ten to Follow' E-commerce site to replace an existing legacy system. Personally responsible for the investigation of user requirements and production of functional and technical specifications, including database design and class libraries. The first year of operation saw a 20% increase in turnover (circa 1m GBP). Also, key member of the Windows systems development team for the Tote's BetXpress website.

Successfully delivered business value in an AGILE/SCRUM iterative development environment. The work was driven by monthly maintenance release cycles, new feature development and bespoke customer requests.
