  Selected as a representative to serve on the committee to share athlete issues and concerns with the University of Missouri Athletic Department. As a group, we help organize opportunities for athletes to become more involved with the university and the community Primary responsibility was to facilitate the sale of tickets and parking passes as well as solicit and allocate donations. I engaged with donors and assisted with all donor and fan events. Oversaw a group of girls ages 5-17 to create fun experience through team comradery. Lead basketball stations to instruct students on proper basketball fundamentals. Supervised students and organized night time activities for overnight campers. In SAFE, we help to create a diverse and inclusive environment both in the athletic department and the university. I participate in monthly meetings to discuss and initiate new ideas while working with community members and professionals. We also organize the Diversity and Inclusion Excellence Mile annually.

As an Assistant Director of Compliance, I work and aspire to improve the student-athlete experience.
