  Joined a motivated group of individuals at a high-speed software startup in the automotive service industry. I drafted weekly reports analyzing customer success and monitoring new dealership accounts within the company and designed marketing materials that were custom for each of our dealership customers. A unique part of the internship was attending onsite software installs and working with service advisors, teaching them how to operate our software correctly and efficiently.   At my internship with Veracode, I learned valuable Marketing Operations skills in programs like Marketo, Salesforce, and Google Analytics. My day to day work consisted of cleaning hundreds of data sets for our customer database, creating campaigns and UTMs in Marketo, and making valuable edits to the company webpages that eventually improved our SEO numbers. My digital marketing team early on stressed the importance of lead scoring and its impact on Sales, and instructed me on how to create an effective email marketing strategy, how to track marketing performance in Google Analytics, and evaluate performance on our PowerBI Marketing Dashboard.   In January of 2021, I started my career as an Associate Business Systems Analyst as a member of Epsilon’s New Grad Program. I currently work on a large pharmaceutical client as a Campaign BSA. Here, I interpret requirement documents to build and execute campaign CRMs and 15+ ad-hoc campaigns. Over the last year, I have assembled and implemented over one hundred email assets into the campaign life cycle, working with external vendors daily. I was also tasked with performing quality control on external data extracts and writing specification documents to rebuild extracts and automate processes. I've also worked on website testing, performing quality control on the functionality of numerous website registration stage websites and match data capture to our file interface agreements.
