This includes providing solution-focused, single session support, triaging crisis calls, providing authorizations for mental health and substance abuse treatment, giving benefit information, providing community referrals, and documenting in a care management database. Also provided administrative support to other intake counselors by reviewing metric information, auditing phone calls, and developing workflows.
