      Responsible for Human Resources management of CVS Health's Brazilian subsidiary for the entire retail operation with around 1500 employees, 50 stores, 3 Distribution Centers, 1 Call Center unit and Administrative Office, operating in 3 states, leading a direct team of 5 managers out of a total of 25 employees. Responsible for the restructuring and execution of Human Resources processes, policies and governance.Main achievements:Redesigned and implemented a new Benefits strategy, through market research and vendors management, followed by wide dissemination and increased adherence to the services offered, bringing greater engagement and appreciation of the employer brand and culture of belonging of the company.Led, along with Onofre's President of Onofre, people-focused transition agenda, implemented due to the change in ownership, setting a purpose for the moment and significantly reducing the company's loss of talent during the transition phase, with a 25% reduction in middle management output in the first months of transition to around 0% at the end of the process.Mapped, through interviews with the president, my peers, my people and my HR team, as well as analysis of internal KPIs, the needs of the area and, together with the Process and Project Manager, promoted a new Human Resources management architecture, with the establishment of new policies and governance, bringing greater assertiveness and speed to the processes.Reduced HR expense budget by about 50 percent, bringing financial breath to the company.Negotiated and renewed the dental plan with a 0% increase and the health plan by 7% below what was initially provisioned for increase as a result of health management implemented in the company, in partnership with the health plan administrator and broker, promoting preventive actions and employee awareness.
