      Jun 2005 - Oct 2008
      Account Manager

My role was an Account Manager for Corporate Clients at MLC Superannuation. As a primary contact for a portfolio of priority advisers and employers (worth over $5mil), my core was to pro-actively manage the relationship between MLC and clients by meeting the needs and providing efficient service to my panel of advisers and employers. I managed my work daily to ensure that all requests were prioritized and serviced within 24 hours. As a representing face for MLC Corporate Clients, I had to ensure that not only the presentation of myself and MLC was immaculate, but also to ensure that the client received the highest standard of service available from the organisation to maintain the established relationship. Furthermore, our relationship also consisted of regular contact with the internal stakeholders of the organization. This would include tasks such as preparing and attending policy committee meetings and attracting new potential clients. Regular face to face visits and other regular communication was just one of the ways that illustrated the importance of the client/servicer relationship. Other responsibilities included root cause analysis, definition and implementation of processes and solutions to any problems that may have been experienced by my clients. The role utilised all mediums of communication, such as phone, email and face to face. Show less
