  With one other supervisor and one postmaster, oversaw the delivery of US mail from 31 mail routes to about 35,000 customers. Supervised the operation of 60 employees, part and full time ranging from sorting and window clerks to carriers to custodial staff. Maintained constant customer relations via phone, in-person, and email. Other responsibilities included employee safety, scheduling and corrective action, and scheduling maintenance of a fleet of mail delivery vehicles.
