Feb 2018 - May 2018Business Analyst Project ManagementAs a Business Analyst, I had the opportunity to manage a marriage festival with a crowd of 1000 people. It was an incredible experience as I had to handle various aspects of the event, from start to finish. First, I had to create a detailed budget outlining the costs of the event and the potential profitability. This included accounting for venue rental, staff and security costs, catering costs, and any other expenses related to the event. Once the event was in full swing, I had to manage the logistics. This meant ensuring that the stage was set up and operational, keeping an eye on the security team, and ensuring that the catering was running smoothly. I also had to oversee the vendors present at the festival and ensure that they were all abiding by the regulations. Finally, after the event was over, I had to analyse the data from the event. This included tracking attendance numbers, and surveying the crowd to get feedback on the festival. With this information, I was able to make decisions on how to improve the event for the next time. Overall, managing a festival of 1000 people was an incredible experience. It was satisfying to be able to coordinate and manage such a large event and see it come to fruition.Achievements1.
