  I have monitored the quality of the products and interaction with quality team for clearance of the products; performed internal audits based on METL set specifications and standards; evaluated the processing/ packaging parameters at the plant for the packed and manufactured products; composed complete documentation to meet the ISO standards requirement and conducted market and quality hygiene audit for products. Performed R&D for product development including requirement analysis, finalizing specifications and prototype development; aided new product development initiative with key focus on quality, cost & delivery; came up with new products in conformance to pre-set specifications; set new flavour like Protello, cocktail in carbonated and non-carbonated With Givaudan SOUTH AFRICA; R&D and successful Trial IN JBCs (juice based compound).Achievements: Entrusted with the additional responsibility of commissioning the milk plant, and to develop and maintain Quality Systems and Standards for Juice based compound, flavoured water and Cordial; Successfully installation from project stage to operational stage from OEM of 100 KL/Hr REVERSE OSMOSIS PLANT (One of biggest reverse osmosis plant in east Africa); R&D Work with GIVAUDAN for 3 days at Jonesburg (S.A) to set new product JBCS, CSD and flavoured water.   As Production Manager, I have handled erection and commissioning of the 300 BPM CSD PET KHS Line (Trinity Bangalore); ensured smooth transition of the 300 BPM PET LINE from project stage to the operational stage & from the OEM; in charge for the Performance of the 300 BPM PET Line, 100 BPM water line (Carbonated Soft Drink + packaged drinking water); designed & implemented maintenance process for ensuring equipment health & equipment reliability.I oversaw the production process, drawing up a production schedule; ensured that the production is cost effective; made sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality; worked out the human and material resources needed; drafted a timescale for the job; and estimated costs and set the quality standards. Also held responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment; monitored product standards and implemented quality-control programmes; liaised among different departments.   As the Plant Manager, I supervise 4 lines of fruit juice capacity 40000 litre per day (Hot fill PET, Tetra aseptic and standy pouch) and Husky Injection machines GL300 and XL-300. The six departments in the plant directly report to me i.e. production, quality, maintenance, purchase, store, HR; initiate procedures and systems to minimize wastages; imparting capability development of executive & operators through counselling ,skill mapping , and developing competencies.I constantly keep updated regarding food laws and other governing bodies; make sure of availability of products as planned and agreed by the sales forecast and norms; composition of R&M budget and Annual Business Plan; recognize and reward employees who exhibit high team morale; identify help and commission new projects, process to improve productivity and product quality.Developing local/ indigenous spares for the imported line; keep the cost & usage variances of RMPM (Raw Material & Packaging Material) under control; evaluation and analysis of manufacturing unit performance in terms of quality, yield, and productivity; and review established production schedules for all manufacturing departments to insure established inventory levels are met while operating at the highest efficiency possible.Achievements: Reduce conversion cost up to 12%Save fuel by converting diesel boiler into briquette boiler and Installation of Condensate recovery system.
