This work was demonstrated to leading financial institutions globally, with a specific focus on wash trading and churning.

  I led the strategic development and enhancement of Abjjad, a cutting-edge mobile e-book application, specializing in Arabic language content. I guided efforts to optimize marketing & development processes, user acquisition & retention by implementing data-driven decisions, and refining the app's user experience.My role involved overseeing the evolution of Data collection, validation & visualization by implementing an Analytics plan, conceptualizing & planning of internal tools to minimize teams dependencies on each other while allowing them to operate efficiently, as well as designing & planning the first in-app reading contest. In addition to that I helped to analyze & define improvement areas in the app to drive user satisfaction & growth, as well as assisting with UX research and UI design.By collaborating with cross-functional teams, I aligned the product roadmap with future business objectives that focus on product maturity, by facilitating brainstorming sessions & projects prioritization, ensuring Abjjad remained at the forefront of the Arabic digital reading landscape.
