  As eyerim went through transition from reseller business to online optician store, my goal was to create one source for all data-driven decisions and further improve on the quantitative as well as qualitative data eyerim has. I've worked with tools from Exponea, Google Analytics & Hotjar.I was part of the team responsible for design of the new website. As a part of UX Team, we've worked on prescription configurator redesign, which helped to improve Conversion rate for prescription glasses with lenses and further improved the experience of buying prescription glasses online.Apart from this, my role was to keep an eye on the Quality aspect of our customer journey, minor improvements on front-end side and CMS Management.
