      We began by launching muccashop working from our homes, reaching the break even in just 3 months, leveraging the company to have more than 3 million users/month in 10 countries, with a R$400k monthly revenue.As a founding partner fully dedicated to Mucca, I worked in almost every position in the company, setting up the working model and processes. In product management, I made the balance between the company’s strategy and its product development, along with agile and KPIs, coordinating with design and related processes. I was deeply involved in the company’s strategy, leading a multicultural team of more than 30 people from 11 different nationalities.As major products, in 2010 we launched muccashop (shopping), in 2011 muccaclub (daily-offer), in 2011/12 orelha de livro (social network), in 2014 shoes4you, a new shopping model website which doubled our yearly sales during 2014/2015, and in 2015 we launched white label websites, reaching R$4M y/revenue in 2016.Some of our major customers were Magazine Luiza, Netshoes, Walmart, MadeiraMadeira, Etna, Dafiti, Centauro and Mobly, generating a R$42mi Gross Market Value. Through insights gained from user research, data analysis, and collaboration with business, we managed to increase traffic-to-lead conversion by 31% and sales productivity by 10%. These results were crucial in regaining the business's trust in the product team, generating further collaboration.Built a product vision tool which prioritizes key outcomes instead random processes supporting Creditas hypergrowth.Articulated to simplify and unify the Product team structure to deliver a harmonized user experience for three complex loan models.Also took an important role in integrating the user experience between Creditas and Creditoo (M&A), by leading the definition of a good user experience but also technically viable up to the M&A public announcement.
