  I worked with a LURE consultants team in a project to reduce transformation costs in one of the biggest regional companies of the Brazilian beverage industry. We reached real costs of production, designed and implemented various process improvements to the factory, trained the production leaders in Lean Manufacturing Philosophy, Lean Manufacturing Tools and PDCA and created a system for continuous improvement projects management using simple dashboards for the company board.
