  ● Finalized technical specifications of various test rigs such as 4Poster, Multi-Axial Simulation Tables, Universal Test Benches, Hydraulic Power Packs, etc., its tendering, installation & commissioning of fatigue test lab under NATRIP project, Govt. of India. ● Led a team of 3 to establish the 1st Prototyping workshop and successfully installed & commissioned 23 types of machinery including welding, cutting, milling, etc facilities.● Prepared Techno- Commercial proposal for CNG retro fitments to existing diesel generators which caused a saving of $0.3 million yearly.● Installation of Commissioning and Post Delivery Inspections of Selective Laser Sintering & Selective Laser Melting- the then state-of-the-art facility for Rapid prototyping in the country. • Initiated India’s 1st International Symposium on Contemporary Automotive Lighting at iCAT by arranging sponsorships and being a part of the editorial team.• Led multiple teams for Certification testing – Mirror, Vibration, Hydraulic, Wheel Rims, Non- Destructive testing by setting up component & Material Testing Facility generating a revenue of $ 0.25 Cr for that financial year.• Developed Flywheel Burst test Rig and Brake Fluid Test Rig in-house resulting in a saving of $0.53 million for our department• Conducted Soil Test to determine the natural frequency so that it does not create resonance with the laboratory building.
