  Brent Bingham developed an interest in photography during his high school years in Rochester, New York. During college, a skiing accident prompted Brent to reconsider a career in ski racing, and instead focus on his other interest: Printing and prepress. The idea of his future business was in the making, and in 1981 Photo Effects was born. The small prepress shop was based in Washington, D.C. and offered black & white photo reproduction for the advertising industry. The business gained the respect of top advertising firms and later became known as the best shop in the mid-Atlantic region.Working with major advertising agencies, designers, and corporate marketing departments, lead to the growth of serving over 800 clients. Photo Effects transformed from a small prepress shot into a full-scale color and black & white reproduction company with national and international clients.After 12 years, Brent’s desire to live and raise his family in an area rich in outdoor activity drove him to sell the business and move to Vail, Colorado where he opened Photo Effects "Vail". The business soon gained the reputation of quality and service, and continues to bring technical knowledge, and the highest quality color reproduction available, to the area.Photo Effects has been serving our clients over 25 years producing high quality imagery with personal and prompt service. We specialize in architectural, interior and studio photography with our expert knowledge and skill in image retouching and color reproduction.
