I spent this week learning about the different aspects of Digital Marketing whilst completing independent tasks to help the team. This included creating and formatting a newsletter that was sent out to Thomas Cook customers and developing interactive activities for customers to use on social media.

  I worked part-time as a Customer Associate for six months, carrying out various tasks and learning a range of new skills. This included working on the cash register, maintaining the shop floor, manning the door to help prevent theft, maintaining COVID-19 regulations and putting out new stock.

  I worked as a waiter and bar attendant at the Lancashire Cricket Club. As a waiter, I have had to provide high-quality customer service to important clients and suitably represent the brand's image. Operating the bar has taught me many transferrable skills, such as having to balance several responsibilities at once during busy times.
