  In addition to being the first-author on manuscripts, I have worked on various grant applications, maintained NIH-funded progress reports, conducted qualitative interviews with street-involved youth, generated numerous plain language summaries, and presented in a various academic and non-academic settings as part of engaging in knowledge translation activities operated at the Centre. More recently, I have formally mentored summer students in the manuscript writing process.

These have included assessing innovation among mental health and addictions community-based initiatives for a local funder; qualitative interviewing, coding and reporting to assess recent clinical management guideline changes by and for the Ministry of Health; and engaging in a legacy piece/programme evaluation of the Global Health Workforce Alliance for the World Health Organization.   Worked in the Research & Knowledge Exchange Dept at FNHA on a $2.5M CIHR Project Grant to Indigenize harm reduction across First Nation communities in BC to mitigate substance use-related harms and overdose deaths. Supported the development of a province-wide Indigenous harm reduction network.
