      Project manage and deliver a cultural change for Chief Finance Offices Group, involving senior members of support services; accountants, procurement and contract team, facilities management, estates project teams, and business planning team. The Project Manager for scoping, diagnostics, delivery planning, training material development, implementation and sustainment. Coaching of each team through mapping and streamlining processes to develop procedures. The training involve developing material for group day sessions involving 80 people or smaller groups and one to ones. The training material was bespoke to each team due to the variety of the team functions. There was also a high level of coaching for the department head and senior managers.Also contracted as Project Lead for change program implementing Continuous Improvement (CI) in Wales and then South West. As Project Lead, I successfully achieved handover status through; project plan, CI training delivery, material review and coaching support. I delivered a performance management platform, communication routine and CI problem solving tools. To ensure sustainment I implemented a sustainment model through up skilling key personnel and a system for CI Maturity self-assessment.Successfully resulting in productivity uplift in excess of 10% in three operational areas, realising £200k in sustainable benefits confirmed through independent assurance and operational review.
