      As part of the final company project, I did research and wrote a thesis for Nixu B.V. which focussed on the following elements in the fields of cybersecurity:• Why C-Suite fails to perceive the value of cybersecurity solutions, as evident by low proportion of i investments in cybersecurity as part of total IT budget. • The impact of cybersecurity breaches on trust which consumers have on organizations• The impact of cybersecurity awareness training for the employees, in preventing cybersecurity breaches.• Lack of ROI calculation in the field of cybersecurity due to complex nature of estimations of costs of breaches and hence lack of preparation of business cases in terms of financial benefits which cybersecurity solution can bring to the organization.• Lack of KPIs in the domain of cybersecurity to find the financial effectiveness of cybersecurity solutions.• Based on the above findings, prepared recommendations for Nixu B.V. to overcome the issue of convincing the C-suite of the business world, about the value proposition of cybersecurity in today's highly digitalized world.
