To that end, this corporation will have a commitment to collaboration with new composers and the performance of new works.The corporation acknowledges that the art of opera and classical music has continued for centuries mostly through the uninterrupted support of European cultures that honor the forms. It is an additional goal of this corporation to raise the profile of the classical singer in the United States, so that the new generations of opera goers can be developed in this post-MTV era.
