  -Redesigned the English Curriculum.-Developed Grammar University, a program to identify and provide remedial instruction to High School students who consistently struggle with grammar basics.-Implemented the Writing Center program, offering writing and research guidance to students on a teacher-recommended or drop-in basis.-Wrote “The York Prep Style Guide,” a school-wide, cross-curricular pamphlet outlining standard formatting practices for all written work at York, a model research paper, and a guide for attributing resources.-Established a formal Summer Reading Program that emphasizes teen-centered reading as well as classic selections.
