  As an Experience Design Consultant at one of the world’s leading Agile transformation consultancies it was been my responsibility to tutor and lead client organisations on user- centred design practices in an iterative Agile workflow, running workshops with teams ranging to the very top CEO/COO/CTO/CxO ranks of billion-euro companies, and utilising Lean UX methodologies following a build, measure, learn approach.ThoughtWorks is founded on strong principles of social and economic justice. As such, a number of the projects that I have worked on have had great social impact. These have included projects such as bringing together 300,000 people and their borough council by redesigning the way access council services (which will extend to the entire population of the United Kingdom), designing software to help identify and protect the most vulnerable people in a population, and helping a homeless charity raise £2,000,000.
